These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the online shop with Ergonomen Usability AG.
The application of other general terms and conditions is excluded. Individual agreements in written form remain reserved.
The buyer's order is a binding offer. After receipt of the order, a notification email will be sent confirming the receipt of the order.
The prices are stated in CHF and include the statutory value-added tax of 7.7%.
The products will be made available immediately after receipt of the order, and shipping will be done upon receipt of payment. The invoice with the bank information will be sent via email and is payable net.
Your order will usually be shipped within 14 days after receipt of payment.
The Ergonomen Usability AG undertakes to fulfill the delivery in accordance with the contract and complies with applicable legal provisions.
In case of defects, the buyer must inform us immediately (at the latest within one week) after receipt of the delivery.
The processing of personal data is generally carried out in accordance with data protection regulations and laws. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Sales and deliveries from the online shop are subject to these conditions in their entirety, unless they have been modified or supplemented by written agreements.
The contract is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
